We strive to deliver a good and honest customer service and the most important thing for us is that you have a good experience with us.
Payments
Payment on the website is done via a secure SSL connection.
Payment can be made via PayPal, Google pay or by credit card (Stripe).
Prices
All prices at Freedivingdenmark.com include 25% Danish VAT and other taxes, but exclusive of possible shipping. However, when purchasing trips, Coaching, professional freediving courses and materials for these, the price is not subject to VAT. The prices are daily prices.
Shipping and delivery
Gift vouchers are sent digitally or physically by post as desired.
When you buy physical goods at Freedivingdenmark.com, we take care of the delivery with DAO. If another shipping method is to be used, it must be agreed in advance. On the day of dispatch, you will per e-mail receive a notification that your order has been shipped. Packages sent to Danish addresses will then appear at the delivery address within 2-14 working days – or be delivered to the selected Parcel Shop or Parcel Box.
It is your responsibility to be careful when opening the item’s packaging so that the item is not damaged. Be especially careful not to use sharp objects when opening the package.

You can order goods, Coaching, courses, trips, diving trips and services from Freedivingdenmark.com, in the following ways:

If you order via the website, you will receive an automatically generated confirmation of your order immediately after completing the order. If you order by e-mail, we will send you an invoice for prepayment via bank transfer.
Insurance
It is extremely rare for accidents to occur in connection with spearfishing, snorkelling and freediving. Be sure, however, that your own accident and/or personal insurance covers you in the event of an accident during a course. Participation in courses, events etc. done at your own risk.
Language
Although we always strive to express ourselves precisely and without errors, the website may contain content with typographical errors and imprecise wording as well as missing product descriptions, prices and availability. We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies and defects as well as to change or update the content without prior notice. If you have ordered an item that has a pricing error, we will inform you of this. In that case, we will wait for your approval before we execute your order.
Refund
Should you receive a refund for an item, it may take 5-10 days before your bank registers your credit note on your account. When a refund has been agreed, the refund from our payment gateway STRIPE is effected immediately. On request, we can give you an ARN number that you can provide to your bank, so they can track the refund.
Sponsored Prizes/Prize gift cards
Prizes sponsored by Freedivingdenmark.com are not exchangeable. If you have won a gift card we have sponsored, this does not apply to sale items.
Returned Items, coaching, courses & events
If you have bought a course, we will not exchange the ‘item’. If you are prevented, or fall ill shortly before a course, you must find someone who can take your place yourself.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR THE PURCHASE OF COURSES
When canceling the course.
more than 21 days before the start, 75% of the full course price is refunded
between 21 days and 10 days before the start of the course, 50% of the course price is refunded
less than 10 days before the start of the course, there is no refund.
When returning teaching materials, the same rules apply as for the purchase of other physical goods in the store.
When canceling a course that takes place abroad, the right of cancellation applies as if it were a trip you had bought.
There is no refund for bought online coaching sessions.
Right of withdrawal for physical goods
There is a 30-day full right of return on goods purchased in our Webshop.
The period is calculated from the day we receive the order.
Return costs are your own responsibility.
Cancellations must be reported to us no later than 30 days after the purchase, and you must return the shipment no later than 30 days after the cancellation.
The notice must be given by mail at info@fredivingdenmark.com. In the message, you must make us clearly aware that you wish to right your right of return.
The condition of the item when you send it back
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the goods. In other words – you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.
If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item’s commercial value.
In order to receive the full purchase amount back, you must therefore do the same as you can in a physical store. You may test the product, but not actually use it.
Goods purchased during the Restock sale cannot be exchanged or returned.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR TRAVEL PURCHASES
Travel means events with a duration of more than one day, including trips, weekend trips, etc.
It is not possible to move or get a refund of money paid in connection with a trip. We recommend that you take out cancellation and travel insurance, ask us for more information on this.

Flight tickets
We always recommend that you buy cancellation insurance in connection with the purchase of plane tickets for a course.
Should a course be canceled due to too few enrolments, we cannot refund plane tickets or travel expenses purchased elsewhere in connection with the course.
Complaints
Should an error occur or if there is something you are not satisfied with, do not hesitate to send us an email, and we will respond the same day.
We will help you get the problem resolved as soon as possible.
Right of complaint
There is a 2-year right to complain in accordance with the Purchase Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing.
The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect operation of the product / service.
Freedivingdenmark.com will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

If you want to complain about a product or service purchased from Freedivingdenmark.com, you can submit a complaint to the Center for Complaint Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg. You can complain to the Center for Complaint Resolution via the Complaint Portal for Nævnenes Hus.
The European Commission’s online complaints portal can also be used when submitting a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country.
