Not a certified freediver yet?
Klaus has been teaching +500 students over the last five years as a freediving instructor. Between 30-40% does not pass their beginner freediving course (Min. time frame courses) because of difficulties with equalization. Make sure that you learn how to equalize using the frenzel equalization method, before you start your freediving course.
During minimum time frame beginner courses, there is not enough time to fix equalization difficulties. And there is rarely a quickfix for equalization difficulties.
Online coaching sessions is around 1 hour a session.
